Submit your team's conflict requests for Youth Winter ONE 2026 and Beginners Winter ONE 2026. Fields marked with * are required.

Conflict Policy

As part of The Athlete Factory's commitment to delivering the best possible leagues, we do our best to honor a minimum of one (1) conflict per team (if needed), in addition to honoring conflicts of coaches with multiple teams.

A conflict is defined as a specific day and/or time that a team will be UNABLE to participate due to not having the minimum number of players required to participate. Missing one (1) or two (2) players does NOT constitute a conflict unless it places your team below the required number. Missing a coach does NOT constitute a conflict.

Approved Conflicts — In Order of Priority
  1. Coaches with multiple teams in this season
  2. Conflicts with Primary/Home Spring Outdoor League
  3. Conflicts with a tournament
  4. Conflict with another soccer event (other indoor, futsal, etc.)
  5. Conflicts with a major school event (SAT testing, high school graduation, etc.)
  6. Other items will be at the League Director's discretion

Please attempt to avoid submitting questionable conflicts. The League Director reserves the right to deny any conflict that does not meet the above criteria.

Submit one form per team. All conflicts must be submitted before the season schedule is published. Late submissions may not be honored.
