Youth 4v4 Rules

Rosters

All teams must be formed outside of our facility — individual players will not be registered or placed on teams
Maximum roster size is 21
Dual-rostering is allowed

Scheduling

When submitting your Conflict Request Form, your team must be available for at least 3 weekends
Withdrawing from the league after scheduling has begun will incur a $150 fee

Game Structure

Two equal 20-minute halves with a 20-minute break
All free kicks are indirect
One referee per game — referee fees included in team fee

Game Day Procedures

Each player must check in at the front desk to receive a wristband (once per day)
Referees verify wristbands before kickoff — players without one will be removed until checked in
Referees may start the clock but will not allow kickoff until at least 3 players from each team are present
A team that cannot field the minimum number of players within 5 minutes of kickoff will forfeit

Reschedule Requests & Forfeits

Reschedule requests made after 5:00 PM on the Tuesday before the game incur a $45 fee
No-shows or same-day cancellations incur a $50 Forfeit Fee
Teams with outstanding fees will not be allowed to play until all fees are paid
After the first game is played, your team is ineligible for a refund

Player Safety

No sliding allowed
No headers allowed for U11 & under

Substitutions

Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage of play
Referees must be informed when substitutions are made

Equipment

All players must wear a same-shade jersey as their team
Shin guards required, covered by socks — players without will be removed
Ball size: Size 3 for all 4v4 age groups

Player Membership

All players (including guests) must have a valid Player ID on their account
Player IDs are $25 and valid for one year — purchasable online or at the front desk

Weather

Inclement weather may result in changes to half duration or break frequency for outdoor games
Determined by League Director, facility staff, or referees

The Athlete Factory reserves the right to modify league rules at their discretion. The League Director will have the final decision on any suspensions, rule discrepancies, or controversial issues that may arise during or after play.

Adult 7v7 Rules

Rosters

Players must meet the minimum age requirement for their league
Over 30 League allows 3 players aged 27–29 per game
Over 40 League allows 3 players aged 37–39 per game
All teams must be formed outside of our facility — individual players will not be registered or placed on teams
Maximum roster size is 21

Divisions

Individuals may play on multiple teams, provided they are on both rosters and not competing on two teams within the same league/division

Game Structure

Two equal 25-minute halves with a 5-minute break
Free kicks may be direct or indirect

Post-season ties go directly to a shootout
